The 75...


So I am thinking about something I want to do for my next Nerd Fitness challenge. I want to do something I am going to call The 75. Each week I will do 75 of the following:
1. 75 PUSHUPS
2. 75 SQUATS
3. 75 SECONDS OF PLANK
4. 75 BACKSIDE LEG LIFTS
5. 75 CALF-UPS

These exercises will be done 3x a week, so each day I will be doing 25 of each. I was going to do The 100... but decided I better start off a little slower. I always start off way too fast and then I burn out way too easy! I would add in pull-ups IF I could even do ONE stinking pull-up!!! 

Anyway, this is for the next challenge. I already have my plate full for this one!:)
