Weight loss tip #5

Tip #5: Exercise: find something you LOVE and DO IT!

Some people love to lift weights, others love to run, and still others love to dance. There are so many great ways to be active that you shouldn't be doing something you hate in order to get in shape!

You also don't have to join a gym to workout. You can go walking or running, purchase video programs or fitness video games, etc. While I prefer to workout at the gym, it's just not always feasible, and right now our budget doesn't afford us that luxury. I am currently doing the Focus T25 program through Beach Body, but I also have dancing and Zumba games for the Xbox as well as some dumbbells to work out with.

The key is 30-60 minutes of activity every day! Make it fun!!
